Q1:What materials are your hats made of?
A:We use cotton, polyester, wool, canvas, straw and knitted fabric. Custom materials are available for bulk orders.
Q2:Can we customize logos and patterns on hats?
A:Yes. Embroidery, heat transfer printing and screen printing are supported. Our team will check the artwork for you.
Q3:What is the MOQ for custom hat orders?
A:Blank stock hats have low MOQ. Complex customized styles require higher minimum quantity. Contact us for details
Q4:How long is the production lead time?
A:Stock hats ship in 3-7 days. Custom orders take 25-45 days after deposit and artwork confirmation.
Q5:Can we get samples before mmass production?
A:Sample serice is available. Sample cost and freight are at customer's expense. Sample fee may be refunded on bulk orders.
Q6:How to clean and maintain the hats?
A:Cotton and canvas hats can be gently hand-washed. Wool, felt and straw hats need spot cleaning. Avoid strong sunight drying.
