Our factory houses a complete headwear production workshop and an independent sample development room, equipped with computerized embroidery machines, cutting equipment, high-speed sewing production lines, cap shaping equipment and finished product inspection stations.
We maintain a fully in-house closed-loop production system covering fabric cutting, sewing, logo craftsmanship, cap shaping, accessory assembly and final inspection. Each process operates on an assembly line with dedicated inspection rounds to ensure quality control.
Factory Tours & Order Visibility
We welcome clients to schedule virtual factory tours — a full walkthrough of the production line, sample showroom and face-to-face consultation.
After placing an order, we can provide real-time production photos and videos upon request to keep you updated on order progress. For new clients requiring samples, we prioritize sample production so you can evaluate our product quality firsthand.
